The Roundtable Panel Live: Climate Change Discussion

WAMC Northeast Public Radio and The New York State Writers Institute present a very special Roundtable Panel Live, hosted by WAMC's Joe Donahue with Dr. Alan Chartock, on Climate Science issues featuring the following experts:

  • Judith Enck – former regional administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency under President Barack Obama and regular Roundtable Panelist
  • Jeff Goodell - a contributing editor for Rolling Stone and a frequent contributor to the New York Times Magazine. His latest book is: The Water Will Come.
  • Elizabeth Kolbert - She is best known for her Pulitzer Prize-winning book The Sixth Extinction: An Unnatural History, and as an observer on environmentalism for The New Yorkermagazine.
  • Terry Tempest Williams - award-winning author of fifteen books, including her latest: The Hour of Land: A Personal Topography of America's National Parks.

Doors open at 8:30 a.m. The Roundtable Panel will be broadcast live from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

There will be a book signing at 11:00 a.m. Books will be sold on location by Battenkill Books.

Street parking will be available on Washington Avenue, Western Avenue, South Lake Street and in Washington Park.
